Aquarius and Aquarius
It’s so much fun when two Aquarius get together. Locally, they can be found hopping bar to bar with other friends in tow or go clubbing the night away. These two buddies would travel around the world if they could afford it. Aquarius prize individuality, so they might not be as attracted to another Aquarius if they are too much alike. It is unlikely a pair of Aquarius would get married as both of them will beat around the bush to avoid commitment and this leads to meeting new people and lovers. But if they do wed, it can turn out to be a wonderful marriage with a lot of weird and eccentric surprises.
Aquarius and Pisces
Whether it is physical or emotional, there is bound to be an attraction between these two. Sadly, they differ too much for any long-term relationship. While Pisces like Aquarius’ take charge attitude and compassion for the weak and needy, Pisces will see that Aquarius hardly give any one person their undivided attention for too long, and this goes for emotionally needy Pisces as well. Pisces might try a passive-aggressive move like a guilt trip to make Aquarius feel bad, but this will just anger and frustrate Aquarius. This match-up will just lead to a Pisces heartache and an Aquarius headache.
Aquarius and Aries
This relationship is a lively one, full of friendly competition and energy. These two are both quick thinkers who love to dive into random odd topics and come up with exciting ideas. Aries and Aquarius can talk for hours on end and their list of social activities would be nearly endless. Passion might take a while to develop though, as Aquarius takes a while to warm up. Life is a party with Gemini and Aquarius! They both have care-free attitudes and take nothing too seriously. They will always have things to talk about and allow each other room in the relationship to breathe. Aquarius is fascinated with people and there are not many who are more fascinating than those born under the Gemini sign. Aquarius is a team player and have the traits to deal with Gemini, who love when people agree with their opinions. Gemini and Aquarius getting married is like two happy hippies tying the knot. The house chores will rarely get done, but life will be a beach.
Aquarius and Cancer
There might be some sparks between the two, but it most likely won’t amount to much more for Cancer and Aquarius. Like Gemini, Aquarius is too unpredictable for Cancer to grasp a handle on. Things will not work on the emotional level as Cancer will not feel like Aquarius is the powerful or connected lover that Cancer is looking for. They do however make great caretakers and would do well teaming up for a cause they believe in. Cancer and Aquarius also work well as team captains in sports and in group projects
Aquarius and Leo
These two opposite signs do not mesh well together when it comes to long term relationships. Commitment to Aquarius is like kryptonite while no one can say “I do” faster than a Leo at the alter. The two are capable of flings and short term romance, but in the end, they probably both know it won’t work out. Leo needs a partner that will be around all the time, and that’s not Aquarius, who rather be traveling with a group of friends somewhere to go ski. Sadly, Leo and Aquarius are not compatible as mutual friends either. These two can get extremely competitive and can bring out the worst in each other. Aquarius and Virgo
Mutual attraction between these two usually starts from an interesting conversation as Virgo and Aquarius both have sharp minds and can jump from topic to topic. As well as they communicate, they are better off as just friends. Virgo will get jealous of Aquarius wanting to spend time with a group of friends Virgo might not know. Aquarius would like nothing better than Virgo to spend time with these people too, but Virgo can be shy at times and just want to stick with people they know. In the end, this pairing won’t work out, but it’s not for a lack of trying.
Aquarius and Libra
These two make good friends, and can possibly be good lovers. Aquarius will usually be the one who leads in the relationship, suggesting where to eat and hang out. They can talk for hours and it doesn’t hurt that they are likely to share the same ideals and are fight for the same causes. Libra don’t mind some spontaneity from time to time, and will find Aquarius offer that more than anyone else. Maybe too much. Open communication and similar temperament makes them easy to be good friends, but Aquarius need to be romantically involved and show that tender side to Libra for them to go from friends to lovers.
Aquarius and Scorpio
This will not work well beyond a couple of fun dates. The physical attraction is quite strong and they can communicate rather well if they share similar hobbies or interests. But Aquarius does not take relationships seriously while Scorpio is all about relationships. Scorpio’s possessive nature will turn off Aquarius over time and jealousy will come into play when Aquarius starts spending more time with other people, even if its just with family. Neither will want to give way and compromise on what they each value the most: Scorpio’s need for commitment and Aquarius’ need for freedom to wander.
Aquarius and Sagittarius
It works out better when these two become friends first before becoming lovers. Sagittarius and Aquarius share the same energy level and both are independent. They can travel and be apart for long stretches of time and it will not worry them too much. It is easy for them to talk and share ideas. This couple loves variety and will probably spend a lot of their time outdoors together. This can either be a very long relationship or a short one. A short relationship will be the result of neither willing to put much effort to keep it going after the initial honeymoon phase. Such neglect will cause the Sagittarius and Aquarius to drift apart.
Aquarius and Capricorn
They might be drawn to each other at first as they both exude a cool confidence and they both tend to be go-getters. But after a while, they will come to realize there are too many differences for a long term relationship to work. Aquarius is spontaneous and unpredictable, which will conflict with Capricorn’s paint-by-the-numbers routine. They will not share many mutual friends together, as Capricorn is less likely to associate with those that can tarnish their reputation while Aquarius is willing to befriend even the weirdest people. Capricorn wants to eventually start a family but Aquarius don’t even want to think about having children until they are much older. A major, if not impossible, compromise is needed.
